Spring Rain Global, with its Philanthropic Development Offices (PDOs), has been helping the poorest of the poor in The Philippines for over a decade – from feeding and educating street children to housing the homeless and caring for the poor sick, amongst other advocacies – with the aim of giving them a better life. You can contribute to this life-giving work by donating to the specific cause you desire to help. Funds received are allocated directly to the beneficiaries through our PDOs working on the ground.

Ella Shandria P. Pagsanjan, or simply Ella as those close to her call her, looks like a regular playful 3-year-old girl. Friendly and loves posing for the cameras, she can easily enamor everyone she meets. Everything seems normal, except for the tracheostomy tube holder placed around her neck.
Ella, the youngest child of Robert and Maycel Pagsanjan, was diagnosed with the congenital heart condition, Tetralogy of Fallot, soon after she was born. It is a condition that combines four heart defects and compromises the organ’s structure which in turn affect the flow of oxygen in the blood stream. Ella needed corrective surgery fast.
